Finance and HR Systems Lead

New York, New York has been engaged to place a Finance and HR Systems Lead at a major startup backed by a Fortune 100 company. Candidates will be interviewing directly with the CTO for this role.

Please make sure you have HRIS and ERP experience; preferably with Netsuite

  • have experience working in a ‘start-up’ environment, or a desire to do things differently
  • have a customer-centric approach to technology delivery
  • are an expert in the implementation and management of Finance and People systems, with particular focus on NetSuite and Oracle PBCS, or other similar planning and budgeting platforms
  • have a background in finance and/or technology (educated to at least bachelor’s level)
  • have successful delivery of a cloud-based ERP solution
  • may have insurance experience, but not essential
Here are some of the things you will do:
  • You will implement, manage and configure our ecosystem of cloud-based Finance and People (HR) applications – Oracle NetSuite, Oracle PBCS (Hyperion Planning) and BambooHR
  • Advise on, supporting and embedding best practices for the use of technology within Finance and People
  • Manage relationships with platform vendors and systems integration partners
  • Work with our data team to develop reports and integrations
  • Implement appropriate controls and monitoring
  • Ensure the success of teams across our business in their use of these platforms
