Location: HQ is in Brooklyn and ideally candidates will work out of that office but for some roles (listed below) our client is open to candidates being located anywhere in the U.S.
Our client is a cloud based SaaS platform for the legal industry. Their SaaS platform is built on Salesforce.com and they are currently going through a period of growth, with hiring needs at the executive level. Having recently received $50mm in Series A funding from one of the most prominent capital groups in the world.
The company is revenue generating with lots of room for growth ahead. They have an in-house implementation team of about 40.
The VP of Customer Success/Professional Services is someone who understands the Salesforce platform very well, has acted in a capacity of a Solution Architect in the past but is excellent at being a macro-level leader. We are seeking excellent skills in setting up processes and operations as it relates to pre-sales thought go-live lifecycle of a customer. Ideal candidate will have managed several other Customer Success Directors/Managers (each with small teams reporting to them) and large total teams of 50+ professional services/customer success team members. This role will report to the CEO.
