Our client is seeking an experienced Implementation Director with an excellent understanding of best-practices regarding process, tools, and approaches to effectively manage technical implementations for tech companies servicing Enterprise clients. This individual will evaluate current approaches, improving upon what’s working and filling in the gaps in areas that fall short. As an Implementation Director, you’re responsible for driving the process from contract-close date to go-live date, and ensuring each project is well-managed, efficient, meets requirements, and results in happy clients. You'll thrive in this position if you understand how good project management works and are excited to take full ownership of continual improvements to the implementation processes at Arena. In this role, you'll work closely with Sales, Client Success, Product, Engineering and our executive leadership team. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients in the implementation phase.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Create & Manage customized project plans for client implementations
  • Develop functional requirements documents to capture important details required to launch successfully
  • Diligently maintain change-control documents and provide context on impacts to timeline
  • Produce & Maintain client-level launch timelines & calendars
  • Provide regular internal communications with updates of status of progress and any change to timelines
  • Take ownership of outstanding deliverables and ensure they are captured per the project plan
  • Provide strategic insights to internal organizational leaders on areas of improvement to the implementation process that can reduce time to live, remove internal and/or client friction, accelerate client’s return on their investment
  • Assist Sales during the sales process with pre-implementation planning, including participating in key account presentations
Qualifications and Skills
  • 5+ years in an Implementation/Project Management capacity, ideally at a technology startup
  • Knowledge of best-in-class tools & processes for effective project management
  • PMP Certification a plus
  • Experience with SaaS solutions for Enterprise clients
  • Experience coordinating with 3rd party vendors.

  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Understanding of the talent acquisition process
  • Experience working with health care industry clients
