Our client is seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join their team and help service and drive client success for their roster of enterprise clients. As a Client Success Manager, you will be part of a fast-paced, passionate and dedicated team tasked with growing the company through ensuring their clients succeed in their objectives. The Client Success team is responsible for onboarding, training, supporting, engaging and renewing clients across the company's solutions.

Duties:
  • Responsible for the end-to-end relationship of designated accounts
  • Build and nurture high value relationships with client business owners and end-users to help maximize the value of our solutions
  • Act as the main internal and external point of contact for updates, issues, and requests from clients in your portfolio
  • Be a strong internal and external advocate for your clients, their business, and how the company's SaaS product can play a role in helping them accomplish their goals
  • Prepare and lead quarterly business reviews to align on short and long term goals
  • Collaborate with product development team to translate client needs and feedback into new solutions
  • Partner with implementation team to seamlessly onboard new clients and set expectations
  • Analyze client product usage to increase efficiency and drive smarter adoption
Required Skills and Experiences:
  • 1-3 years working with SaaS/cloud/analytics technologies
  • Experience building and maintaining B2B client relationships
  • Experience performing data analysis and managing data sets
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Self-starter and extremely detail-oriented
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
Nice to Haves:
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM platform
  • Understanding of talent acquisition process
  • Knowledge of senior living and/or health care industries
